Ella has been a valued member of the ELOVATE family for over four years. She began her journey as Executive Assistant to the CEO and has since advanced into the sales team, where she now plays a pivotal role in bid coordination and contract preparation. In her current position, Ella manages the end-to-end bid process, researching opportunities, coordinating inputs from various departments, and ensuring that proposals align with client requirements and ELOVATE’s strategic goals. Armed with a degree in Law with Criminology and a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice, Ella draws on her legal background to enhance the accuracy and integrity of contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Outside of work, Ella enjoys staying active at the gym, attending live music and comedy gigs, and exploring new cities, always with a good book in hand.
