Victoria joined ELOVATE in February 2025 as a growth-focused executive, bringing over 15 years of experience across board, executive, and senior leadership roles, including more than seven years as CEO in high-growth businesses. She has a strong track record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams and is commercially and financially astute, having started her career in finance and progressed through that route. Victoria brings deep experience in organic growth, M&A, value creation, and fast-paced strategic transformation. As a people-first leader and decisive action-taker, Victoria is passionate about driving performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and positioning businesses as market leaders. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys running and is proud to have completed the London Marathon. She would love the opportunity to run it again, but most importantly, she enjoys being a mum to her wonderfully animated and imaginative young daughter.
