Tim joined ELOVATE in 2024 as our Head of Contact Centre. With a strong background in building high-performing customer service operations across charity and commercial sectors, he brings a strategic, growth-focused approach to every partnership. Tim is passionate about providing service quality, empowering his teams, and driving efficiencies across the operation.
When Tim isn’t working with his teams to deliver improved performance and outstanding customer outcomes, he enjoys playing golf with his two boys, taking his role as head chef at home very seriously, and squeezing in a competitive game of squash whenever he can.
