Alastair Fell

Alastair is the Chief Operating Officer and was one of the original founders of ELOVATE in back in 2009.  With over twenty years’ experience in business process outsourcing, logistics and software solutions, Alastair oversees operations and systems across contact centre, response and distribution centres.  He is also responsible for maintaining ELOVATE’s quality and compliance accreditations. Alastair has a master’s degree in software engineering and is a strong advocate of continuous process improvement through technical innovation, creative thinking and empowerment of people. Outside of work, Alastair unwinds by roaming the countryside with his dogs or re-living his youth watching live music.
