Mark is an accomplished Integrations leader with over a decade of experience driving business systems and transformation. Since joining ELOVATE in 2012, Mark has progressed to the role of Head of Business Systems, where he oversees the design, implementation, and optimization of the warehouse management and enterprise systems that enable operational efficiency. known for driving cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making. He is passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and empowering teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions that enable sustainable growth and enhance user experience.
Outside of work, Mark is a dedicated grassroots football supporter for his son and an avid Newcastle United fan. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and taking regular walks with his Labrador, Riley.
