David Molife

David joined ELOVATE in June 2025 as the Warehouse Manager bringing extensive experience in compliance, onboarding, and site-specific safety protocols. In his first six months, he’s been particularly proud of helping drive a real cultural shift in the appreciation of Health & Safety across the site – building strong foundations and setting the stage for the next phase of continuous improvement. Before joining ELOVATE, David held senior roles managing complex 3PL and distribution operations across the fashion, oil, and motor industries. In these environments, he developed a calm, structured approach to problem-solving, expertly managing high-pressure workflows, multiple stakeholders, and complex operational challenges to deliver practical, scalable solutions. Outside of work, Rugby Union is David’s enduring passion, and he’s already planning when he can attend the next World Cup—quietly hoping his holiday request will be signed off when the time comes.
